Faith managed to smile weakly, suddenly feeling very tired. If she found Sasha they could go home and watch shitty movies until she fell asleep like a normal day. "Y'all just saying that 'cuz you got me preggo" she joked, then winced.

Leland laughed weakly even though it made him feel like an even bigger asshole. "Nah girl," he said shaking his head. "Coolest nerd I know."

"Yeah, I'll talk to you Monday," he nodded. "Here's my number," he hurriedly scribbled his number down on a bit of paper and handed it over with shaking hands. "Take care of yourself," he added.

"Yeah, it would be a disaster if I fell down some stairs" she joked as she opened the door.

"Or took a ball to the stomach next quodpot game" she said finally before stepping out of the room and disappearing back into the party.
