Leland felt relieved that she had laughed and could't help himself. He laughed too and patted Eddie's hair. Eddie giggled along as well, glad to have made the pretty lady smile.

"Pancakes out the nose huh? Pretty impressive feat," he grinned. "I s'pose the only person you can blame fer that mouth is me," he admitted.

"So what house you in?" he asked pushing the food around on his plate awkwardly. He felt like he should at least get to know her a little bit all things considering.
