Jenny settled in comfortably, her head coming to rest in it's usual place beneath Sera's chin once she scooted down a bit. She had heard all of this a thousand times, but it didn't get any easier to swallow. It always upset her to think that someone, especially someone whom she actually liked and whom had three exceptionally open-minded children even if one of them was in denial, could have such a wretched view on things.
"Some people are just like that," she sighed gently, her hand coming to rest on the younger girl's stomach, tracing the skin absently through her shirt. "I hate it too, babe.. but at least you didn't have to talk about us with him. I accidentally told my dad that we sleep together every night.. but I didn't mean it like that, and then El was all like don't say sleep together in front of mom and dad! I thought I was going to die," she explained, her cheeks flushing again at the thought.
"We had fun though. Mom really liked our project in Honor Society."
