Victor arrived with his wife, Nadia, right on time (which was always too early for Nadia). Kingston wanted Victor to attend the party and Victor happily agreed; Victor loved going to any sort of party no matter what it was for.
He paid no mind when Nadia wandered off the moment they stepped in the door. He was there to schmooze and gather information and, if they were apart, "looking for my wife" was always the perfect out to any boring conversation.
Standing around he waited patiently, sipping on a glass of champagne for more people to arrive so he could ooze all over them.
