FAMILY: Father: Kevin Hartman - Kira might like to flirt with just about any pretty person that looks her way, but she's never really approved of her father's inability to stay faithful. Kira loves her father, but often her interaction with him is strained.
Mother: Patricia Hartman - Kira loves her mother, but wishes she'd stand up more to her father's inability to be faithful. She is positive that she'd never let a man treat her that way.
Brother: Aaron Hartman - Kira loves to give Aaron a hard time. She especially likes to give him a hard time if she thinks he's playing around on his girlfriend, but that is only if she can catch him at it. She does think it is her role in life to annoy/embarass/harass him whenever they are around each other.
Sister: Tiffany Hartman - Kira's little sister... When she was younger she wanted to drag her everywhere with her and as they got older she still has that inclination often. She likes to think that she is closest with Tiffany out of all her siblings despite any opposing views.
SEXUALITY: She has to pick? She'll flirt with either just because she'll flirt with anyone she thinks is attractive. When it comes to dating... Well she's not picky about that either.
ACTIVITIES: Debate Team
APPEARANCE: Kira has brown eyes and brown hair and is quite happy with that. When she was younger she liked to claim that having matching eyes and hair was better for stealth or infiltration missions and as she got older she didn't have a reason beyond she liked it. Typically she keeps her brown hair kept short and styled however the day fits her. It can be controlled and neat or wild and messy or pulled back into a small ponytail if it's long enough. And when it comes to make-up, well, she's not overly pressed about dolling herself up but can if she wants to.
Style of dress for Kira varies on her mood. One day she might decide to go super girly with a skirt and blouse or some other get up and other days she might show up in a pair of clothes people would think a boy would wear. She's eclectic in her variation. Going into her closest to get an outfit is like entering the Twilight Zone with all the different types of clothes. Kira's reply to it all is that she doesn't like to be seen as predictable.

DISLIKES: sheep, feathered pillows, harmonicas, frowning, being forced to be quiet, sitting still, being told she can't have her ice cream until she eats all her food, bees, Chinese Crested (these are especially ugly so they get their own entry), little yappy dogs, losing a debate
STRENGTHS: Despite most people wishing she'd stop talking that is one of Kira's strengths. Her ability to speak up no matter what is going on has proven to be quite helpful.
WEAKNESSES: Her biggest weakness is the filter she is missing from her brain to her mouth. This can get her in trouble and is what typically has led most people into wishing she'd stop talking.
DETAILED PERSONALITY: Kira is, in a few words, fun loving. Her biggest idea of the day is how she can have fun! She doesn't care what form the fun comes in either. It could be from bothering her siblings, to hanging with friends to getting out to do something. She's not picky when it comes to it. There isn't much that can actually bring Kira down despite some people wishing that there was. And if she thinks you are down in the dumps and she catches you? Then she thinks it is her personal mission to cheer you up!
Of course her fun loving bit goes in with the hyper bit. A lot of people wonder if she doesn't have ADD with her ability to flit from thing to thing at any given notice, but Kira denies it. The way she sees it she just has a lot of energy to burn off from the excessive amount of ice cream she consumes so it is natural that she'd be all over. Being extremely hyper like that isn't so good for Kira's mouth since she lacks a filter. Basically if she thinks it then it is going to come out of her mouth. More often than not that has landed her in hot water with both her peers and her teachers. Eventually she manages to smooth everything over though.
Despite what people think Kira is capable of being calm and serious, the situation simply has to call for it. The problem is? Rarely does Kira think that the situation calls for it. When she is serious though it seems an odd sight because she is still and calm and not smiling which definitely makes her look unKira like. Luckily those times are few and far inbetween.
HISTORY: Kira's dad was a well known and respected actor in quite a few movies and it was while shooting a movie that he met Patricia, the woman who would be his wife and mother of his three children. Their meeting was a unique one. Patricia wasn't part of the cast... She was dropping clothes off for the movie that her mother had designed specifically for it when she pushed a door open right into the face of Kevin and gave him a bloody nose. She, of course, felt completely awful about it and spent a great deal of time apologizing for it. He tried to tell her everything was find, but she still floundered in her apologies to him and so it came as a shock that she later learned he'd tracked down her name and contact information to send her a note with some flowers asking her out. Everything about their relationship was fast paced from the get go. The meeting, the dates, the marriage... And then the baby.
The firstborn child to the Hartman's was a son that they named Aaron James. The first time parents were pleased to have a son, but it wasn't long after he was born that they found out they were expecting again and so it was only a few weeks before their first child's first birthday that they welcomed a daughter and named her Kira. And it was only two years later that they welcomed their third and last child, Tiffany, another daughter to finish out their little family. The way they saw it three was the perfect amount of children and so they were quite happy with the children they had.
As a baby Kira was highly observant. They had hoped that this would mean she'd stay calm as she grew older and not be quite as wild as her older brother was. They were wrong. She was just as rambunctious. Her parents were extremely harried raising so many children so close to the same age. Unfortunately for them Kira's mischevious streak didn't leave when she got older. Aaron at least appeared to calm down where as Kira kept it up full time. She seemed to make it her goal in life to cause trouble and mischief.
In school things were no different. Everyone knew that if something was going wrong that wasn't supposed to the most likely culprit was Kira Hartman. She, of course, had the innocent look down by then and sometimes it worked and others it didn't. That didn't mean that she let it get in the way of her studies. She wasn't the most studious of students, but she did well enough. Some courses she got As and others Bs and she tried to stay away from the Cs as much as she could though a few managed to sneak in every now and then. She does understand that she can't let her grades be too bad if she wants to get into a decent college.
